Standard Individual Cremation (return within 5-7 days)

Includes individual cremation, a cremation certificate, and return of cremated remains.

Visit our online store to view the selection of urns, pendants, and keepsakes. Due to liabilty we will not fill urns, jewelry, or keepsakes not purchased from our company.

Police, Firefighters, EMTs, Paramedics, and Military: Special discount given with proper identification. (10%)

 

Private after hours appointments: (Appointment Required with an additional 120.00 fee)

If services are needed when our office is closed, one of our staff can set an appointment to personally meet with you at our crematory to assist you with your needs. After hours appointments can be arranged up to 9 pm for an additional fee of $120.

 

Leavitt Pet Crematory specializes in individual pet cremation, placing one pet in our crematory at a time. We never use dividers to separate pets or do multiple pets at one time.  Individual pet cremation ensures you receive your pets remains.

Our strict identification tracking system ensures your pet remains are returned to you. Our onsite crematory ensures your pet is always in our care and the cremation is done by our certified staff in a professional and timely manner.

Other Services

Transfer from Veterinary clinic - $40
Our dedicated staff will arrange a time with the veterinary office to transfer your pet from a veterinary clinic (within Wood & Washington County) to our crematory. ($2/loaded mile additional outside of Wood/Washington County)

Additional Options

Mail Cremated Remains - $75
The staff at Leavitt Pet Services will arrange with the US Postal Service to mail the cremated remains to your home or office.

Scattering of Cremated Remains - $35
The staff at Leavitt Pet Crematory will scatter the cremated remains of your pet in the peaceful setting of the Leavitt Farm, located in Mineral Wells, WV.

Payment Policy

We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Payment is due upon arrangement of services.
